The Night To Be Much Observed

This is the night to be much observed where we will have a congregational meal starting around 7:30 p.m.  to 10:00 p.m.  The Church is providing the meat and wine and the congregation will bring the potatoes, vegetables, unleavened bread and desserts.

This evening represents when God lead the Israelites out of Egypt.  Today it has a more spiritual meaning because the leavening represents sin.  So for seven days we are commanded to eat unleavened bread.  This evening is also the beginning Sabbath of a High Day which is a Holy Day the First Day of Unleavened Bread.

Sundown is at 7:33 p.m.

Passover begins the evening before

Passover will begin the evening before which will be Sunday evening the 28th.  We will meet at the Magnolia Room at the Baymont Inn.  Please come at 7:00 p.m. or before and be ready for services to start at 7:30 p.m.  Bring your own foot washing pan and towel.  Let us know if you have any special requests.

Sundown is at 7:32 p.m.
